Downloading .wav file with 56k

I am experiencing chopping as I try listening to a .wav file I'm downloading from this website.

The web page I am trying to download it from is:

and the link is

Beginners Download. How to Get Started Working the Satellites

I have tried doing the Save Target As... deal but to no avail. Is there a way to download this file without it being chopped besides using higher bandwith?

Your problem is that you are trying to stream the media from the site, and your connection is holding you back. I see they have some MP3 downloads there too. Can you use those instead?

When I click on: "Beginners Download. How to Get Started Working the Satellites", the only file I see is a .wav file. Where are you able to see the mp3 files?

I scrolled down the main page to where it says "sound file", then scrolled down to the bottom of the next page where it says "Click Here to listen to our live stream/past streams or download our audio".

I can see where now. The file i'm really interested in listening to "Beginners Download. How to Get Started Working the Satellites" is not there tough.
Any other ideas as to how to download and save this file?

You can't, it's a streaming file. You might contact the site and see if they will e-mail you a link, or the file itself.
