splat Related Links Popup Box (2nd time post)

I posted this a few days ago but no one answered it. I will try again!

I have noticed in the last day or 2 that a Related Links Box comes up in Internet Explorer with an ad saying it is from Comcast while surfing. I went to the help menu and found a Related Links section but nothing that shows you how to shut it off. Can anyone help? Does anyone know what it is?

Thanks
Steve

sounds like something related to spyware (like alexa - not sure if it is that, but something like it). i would run ad-aware and spybot s&d and see if that doesn't take care of the problem.
