I've got no bugs manifest with Tbird 0.7.1
The only issue I have that prevents me from using it full time is the inability to use multiple SMTP servers; other than that its a very functional, featured email client. |

I use Thunderbird, and like Statica I've has no problems, only importing from Outhouse was a little tricky because of multiple accounts, if you use it and find bugs you can always stop using it. I suppose the nightlies might have bugs, but if you stick to the realesed versions you should be fine.

so if it cant do more than one pop3 account? or it just cant send out from more than one? and if i do have more than one account would i have to switch accounts or something to be able to send mail from different accounts? ...if that makes sense..

You can do it from either one profile or you can do it from multiple profiles. Its exactly as functional as OE was; so if you are used to OE then this will be the same. |

I've used it and found no problems with it either. The only reason I don't use it is because I have a Hotmail account.

Actually, as I was writing my post I tried to find something that would let me access Hotmail from Thunderbird, thinking somebody had to have found a way, and I did see that. I tried to get it working, but so far I haven't been successful. Maybe I'll fiddle with it some more.

I originally got the link from the Tbird support forums: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=53174
It still works for me so far; good luck in getting urs working. |

I did manage to get it working, after a nice little foray into deleting services using VB. I had checked the option to download only new e-mail, which was the problem. Unfortunately, MrPostman only downloads mail from my Inbox, not any of my Hotmail subfolders, and without my Forum Updates folder containing PCMech alerts, I'm missing a lot of my mail!
But otherwise is it pretty cool.
