Thumbs down Got a friend with an IE problem

As it seems, 128 encryption is not installed on her browser (IE, ver. 6). On the about screen the encryption is listed as 0 bit! how do I go about fixing this?

Oh ya, you just reminded me! I tried to have her go into windows update to get it, however windows update complained about incorrect time. and the time appears to be correct. Could it be becuase of the time zone?

Alright, i think i solved the problem. we found a microsoft KB article on the exact problem, and after going through the solution, it reinstalled the 128 bit encryption. so far so good
