Search engine recognition?

Hello,
I built a website for a friend, and it has been online for 6 weeks now. However, even if they type in the exact buisness name, Google does not list it in the first 5 pages, and maybe not at all. The site in question is www.glaciermeadowrvpark.com , and it is hosted with Powweb (apache). Powweb claims it submits new sites, but I'm beginning to wonder. Any ideas how I can get this site listed properly?

About 14 months after creating my web site (MCHI ISP Hosted) I was able to find it on Google with searching for the first word on my title. Until recently I was actually the first hit. I never registered with Google however my ISP may have.

Here is a link google offers
http://www.google.com/addurl.html
