Just downloaded the non-java version for a quick look. Looks pretty slick. Should I d/l the java version? Can you import bookmarks?

I wouldnt bother with the Java version - I just use Netscape when I need full Java support. The Java version will slow you down and I have found I really don't need it much.
Links to tell you how to import Netscape bookmarks and IE Favorites - http://www.opera.com/support/supsear...=index&name=30 http://www.opera.com/support/supsear...=index&name=29 |

It's about time!
If you have cable/dsl etc you can really see the worth of Opera; A "must have" for new opera users: Opera File Explorer (allows you to easily edit History/vlinks and cookie files.) Free and you can find the link on the opera site under plug ins. Java still isn't great w/ Opera, so I wouldn't even bother; I use Mo 0.81 when I "need" java. |
