IE Browser Sound
Something downloaded on my system that causes a "Ping" sound as things open on Internet Explorer. I have SpyBot. PestPatrol and Adware plus Norton Virus. I have run the various programs to remove the any and all virus and cookies that might cause the problem but no luck. I have switched to Opera which is not affected. Any ideas on how to search out and remove the nuisance sound?

If you click on a link, do you here the sound then? If so->Control Panel->Sounds->Sounds tab->START NAVIGATION ->turn it off or change it.
