Pissed Teaching Firefox to behave

How can I stop Firefox from opening a new window every time I click on a link in my Outlook e-mails. The task bar becomes populated very quickly and it's vexing. I want Firefox to open the new link in the same window it originally opened.

TIA

Well, it's not populating the task bar anymore, but now it's opening stupid tabs all over the same window.

Sorry Nuclear, I didn't know tabs would drive you up the wall. I've never tried this one, but I think it will do exactly what you want and more to boot. Tabbrowser Preferences is the extension. If you go to there homepage, it gives all the features of it. Hope that one helps/works better for ya.
