IE vs. Media files
Hi,
When I click on a link to open a media file (eg .avi) then it always starts to play automaticly in windows media player. I can't choose to download or play the file, it just starts playing. How can I turn this off?? Greetz. |

Here's a work around: right click on the link to the media file and click "save as", instead of just clicking it.

Right, that is what I did ... but then again, it starts playing and I cant find it on my HD. I mean, it didn't download for saving, but just for playing ... Do you understand what I mean?

You can also try "Save Target As". Save it in a place where you know where it is.
