IE skin?

How can I know if a browser is based on IE? Because I found ultrabrowser which seems fast but it gives me the impression of being IE.

A rule of thumb : a browser in a 800K setup file is nothing but an IE shell, there's simply no room for something else. So yes, it's IE based. I can heartily recommend Opera if you want a fast web browser with built in popup blocker. I even have it skinned with WindowsBlinds right now

I was talking about http://www.ultrabrowser.com/
But the size should not be a reason to say that, since http://www.offbyone.com/ has the same size and the say it has no relation with IE.

Opera seems to me slower than Firefox, I wanted more speed.

From reading some of the materail on the site you mentioned-> They are coping the "concept" of MSN's browser but didn't say anything about coping the program.

For what masochistic reason are you opting to continue suffering with internet explorer?

Mozilla Firefox can be "skinned" (read as: themes)

If you really "must" use IE then google for MyIE2. mind you, this will in no way protect you from any of the widespread, nefarious bits Internet Explorer allows to be surreptitiously installed.

I dont use IE, that is why i wanted to know if that program were based on it(in any case I no longer use since the lack of keyboard shortcuts it has)
MyIE2 is now Maxthon
And dont tell me Firefox is perfect because it craches many times and at least opera had the option to restore the tabulations when it crashed. But still I use Firefox, even when it seems the next update will come over december
