Pegasus Problem

I am having a strange problem with Pegasus, everytime I send an email it wraps the text after 13 characters, I have tried changing margin settings etc but it does not make a difference. If I send in rich text (HTML) it is fine, but that is because HTML ignores the new lines, and will continue until a br/p tag. The HTML tags themselves are not wraped, and stay on the right line. If I am to send to an internal address (i.e. abc), rather than an external address (i.e. abc @ abc.abc) the problem is gone. Also turning off rich text permentaly stops this from happening, although sometimes rich text is required. This happened after SP2 was installed, so is this a compatibility problem between SP2 and Pegasus? It does not happen on non SP2 machines, only those with it installed, and since Pegasus is loading off the server completely it does not store any files locally, and moving form an SP2-SP1 machine has no problems. I am stumped and have no idea what will fix this, if you want to see the raw details or to recieve one of these messed up messages you can.
