Easy fix
Download and run ad-aware and spybot s&d (both free, but u have to find on google), and that should take care of the bad file, then u can manually change your homepage back to whatever it was by going to "Tools-->Internet Options" at the top of your browser and changing it there.
Also, to prevent this get a safer browser like Avant (www.avantbrowser.com). If you need anything else just reply
