What internet settings are set at Medium? Security or Privacy (cookie handling?)
In IE, try going to Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced > Check mark automatic cookie handling> For starters try these settings, it works on most passport sites Accept First-party cookies Block Third-party cookies And checkmark Always allow session cookies. If the situation does not resolve you may accept third party cookies to see if it helps. As always clean out your cache and cookies before trying to troubleshoot such issues. HTH |
