ie problem

ok so i dont really use IE much anymore except to look at hotmail messages and now ive seem to have got some annoying thing tha dont want to go... ive done the usual.. spybot and adaware but no go.... ive added a pic of what it looks like.. i cant see no options to remove it... i think it may be called "searchsweep" thats what i saw when the homepage loaded and i have no idea what to do...
