Secure Delivery Stress

With Gamespot's secure delivery, and now CNet's, I simply cannot get it to work on my pc. It used to work fine, but now it always just says "z_error can't get url."

No big deal with CNet, since they still have regular downloading options. But if that's also the case with Gamespot, I don't know it. Looks like all their downloading has been relegated to this system, which means whenever I want a demo or trailer I either download it (using Secure Delivery) on the other machine in my home and message it to myself, or I find whatever it is on a different website.

I did contact Gamespot's support people twice. First, they sent me a canned response about deleting cookies and reinstalling and what not, which I understand since they likely get a million emails a day from idiots like me, except that their fix didn't work. The second time it looks like they ignored me.

Any suggestions? It gets quite annoying having to send myself trailers...
