IE Error - send report?
i am using win98, and everytime i try and access a web page it tells me it has encountered and error. I have scanned for viruses, cleaned all spyware away, and done a repair on windows and IE, but still get the error.
any ideas? |

What version of IE?
Version 6 doesn't play well on 98. You would have to go back to 5.5.

Ihev the same
 problem since last month. I tried everything to fix it,but no result. I have Windows ME and lates updates IE version: 6.00.2800.1106

Being that Win98 and WinME are almost identical (save for Win98 being more stable) I would assume the version issue remains the same. Try rolling back to IE 5.5 as Force suggested. I also recommend ditching Windows ME as soon as humanly possible.
