this is just plain weird!

Please look at my site. I have (supposively) a banner up on the upper right. Only problem is I can't see it! I have the latest IE browser, along with Firefox, and I don't see it. I've refreshed the browser window, cleared the cache, and deleted cookies. What else can I do?

I see it in Firefox 0.9.3, Opera 7.5 and IE 6. BTW, very clean site design. I like it.
