Making a hidden page

Is it possible, using Frontpage, to make a page with some pictures on it and add it to the server but have it hidden? I want to make it so one would have to type the URL directly to get to the page that has nothing to do with anything else on the site. It would be a good image and file hoster since I really don't need the entire GB of space for the website.

Just don't link to it from other pages and it will be effectively 'hidden'

Well that's what I thought but when uploading with FrontPage I thought it would only update changes and pages that are linked to the main page. Am I wrong? Will it upload everything in the MyWebs folder?

After your first publish, Frontpage will only republish the differences in the code and new files/deleted files between the Host Server and My Webs folder. In case you remove the link, after publishing it, it would remove the link. That would be the best solution - otherwise, you may want to consider password protecting it...which you can't do directly from any version of MS Fronrpage.

So if I just make a page, save it in My Webs, and publish without linking it to anything will it upload? I'm not quite sure what you meant.

Oh, so you're asking how to publish it from the HDD to the Server without anything linking to it. That's simple - just drag the picture literally into the My Webs folder...MS Frontpage checks to publish everything in the My Webs folder (or whatever you named the publishing file).

Well I wanted to make a page with a photo gallery and upload it. Not just a picture.

If FrontPage is throwing a hissy fit, download WS_FTP and just upload it that way. You can still design it in MS FP, but you would just upload it seperately.
