Seems the tech gurus at AOL can't tell the difference between their newer software and telco problems. With busy signals, slower connects, and disconnects, they're telling customers to call telco. Well, DUH, Mr. Customer, if you've always connected well (considering it's AOL), and after "upgrading" to 6.0 you're having problems, naturally it's telco's fault.

I may earn enough to buy that Blizzard case after all
