Outlook Express Problem
My problem is that when I attempt to open Outlook Express about 50% of the time it works perfectly and the other 50% of times it doesn't connect to the server, giving me an error message Ox800CCCOF.
My account settings are correct and my internet connection works fine. Any Ideas ? Operating XP with SP2 |

do you have norton systemworks or antivirus installed?

Hi Dave, yes I have Norton AV, had it for a long time and OE has worked fine until a few weeks ago, which incidentally is when I installed SP2.!!
