need help w/using Outlook with Gmail!!! 3 GMail Invites too!!!!
hey, i am having trouble finding out the server for gmail. i want to use outlook or another program to check my email, since i dont like the gmail layout. i tried pop3.gmail.com and pop3.google.com and neither worked....does anyone know what the server address for Gmail is??
also, the first 3 ppl who give HELPFUL replies will get a gmail invite IF they want one. thx

You can't. Gmail is an Internet Based Email client and cannot be set to POP accounts, like that Outlook Express has. I already have gmail and I've already tried that.

GARRRRHHHHH yeah i just found it in the FAQ....but at least they *might* be making a new browser!!
 anyways, anybody want an invite? i have 3 extra ones.
