msn messanger .net shutdown

has anyone ever had msn give you a popup window that says it needs to do maintanence and is going to shutdown? I think it said something about .net passport and gave the correct time (10:00pm) and was going to shutdown in 3 min or something like that. This happened just as my keyboard fell and the windows got closed before I got a good look at them, and yes there was like 2 or 3 of them, but I think 2 of them said the same thing, I could be wrong on that though. If it happens again I will be sure and get a screen shot.
