mozilla firefox
hi, is mozilla and firefox two differant browsers? I would use IE but its filled with some crap that i can't get rid of with adaware and agv. Is Opera any good? I currently use mozilla but sometimes when on pcmech.com there's a sign that pops up and says the following:
A script on this page is causing mozilla to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script? ok button cancel button okay, now when i press okay everythings fine until a little while later (couple minutes) it pops up again. (possible spyware?) if i press cancel, mozilla sends that pop up window right back up. I'm sorta in a delimma thanx for ur answer |

oops
okay let me revise my statement, it doesn't matter which button I press, it will still pause for about 2-3 minutes then pop back up. (only on pcmech!)
also, on the very lower left hand corner right above the start button instead of "done" there is "read itxt.vibrantmedia.com |

its a problem with the scripting of ads. i would either install adblock and block vibrantmedia url if you want javascript on other sites or just disable it in the options.

The slowdown has something to do with the sponsored links. Check this thread for how to fix it.
