Hi
Had Flashget running on my machine but its seems like its riddled with adware and spyware. Got the PCmech newsletter and it mentions Getright 5.2. However I have seen some people on the forums mention that its got adware as well? Could anyone suggest a program I could use or recommend Getright? Thanks Haggis |

I find Getright to be excellent. I've never heard of it having adware/spyware but I run Adaware/Spybot regularly so I'm sure if there was anything there they'd pick it up

I used getItRight a while back before alternative browsers starting including download managers. If you are using IE, I'd suggest firefox or opera instead of IE and a download manager.

I've downloaded up to 5 1000 mb files simultaneously with Firefox and never had a corrupted file.
Agree, just get a new browser with a download manager included, kill 2 birds with one stone that way. |
