How do you get help from NetScape??
I have a NetScape email account that I use at most one a year. Today I got an email from them saying I forgot my password and requested it sent to me.
Well... I didn't!! I went to their site and changed my password (just in case of a hijack) but when I tried to find out how to contact them, all I found was only *pay* methods of contact !?!?! How can you send them a simple email? TIA |
