Internet page lag
ok, I just formateed my hdd.....im running windows xp pro......so far...when I have any IE window open...and I go to scroll down the page it doesnt lag neccesarily.....however it moves in slow motion frames....is there a setting in tools or something that enables fast page scrolling so that it doesnt lag like that? Also if the window is minimized and I drag it around the screen, it also seems to move in slow motion....its not a smooth scroll.....any suggestions?

Try increasing your monitor's refresh rate to at least 75MHz.
Right click on desktop > properties > "settings" tab > advanced > "monitor" tab

I can't believe it, I have read this thread over and over and over again, I had this same problem a few weeks back with a machine and I couldn't for the life of me remember how I repaired it, flippin video card drivers. (probably side tracked by some thing during the install of windows and forgot the video drivers)
