One day, I rebooted my computer, and know when I surf using IE5
I right click on link and open in new window and the windows that now open are just a little retangular box, like quarter inch tall by 2inchs wide and just has the top bar. This was not happending before, and I made no adjustements to internet options! How can I set this so open in new window opens up at least a half browser size?? Any tips gratefully appreicated Thanks |

Reset New Browser Window Size
Sometimes Internet Explorer 5 "decides" to remember the wrong size for a new window. Whatever you do, you can't seem to get it to remember a normal size. You can fix this: 1.Close all instances of Internet Explorer 2.Start the Registry Editor 3.Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Main 4.Delete the value Window_Placement 5.Exit the Registry Editor http://www.windows-help.net/windows98/ie50-16.shtml Or download: Autosizer: http://www.firase.com/ |
