What's the best way to store and transfer my IE5 favorites from one computer to another?

Copy the contents of your favorites folder from one machine to the other. You can copy them to a floppy or transfer over a network or direct cable connection.

Import/Export Wizard
From the menu bar click File, Import & Export, Next, Export Favorites, Next, Next. Type in name and path, then click Next This .htm file can then be imported to other computers using same Wizard |

Provided u using IE in all machines, Hal's method is better .. IE sometimes falters when re-importing from an HTM file.
