Accessing files in VNC
In the PC Mech Tip of the Day 18 January, it was mentioned that it is possible to retrieve files remotely using VNC. I wasn't sure this was possible without using other complicated software to ensure security.
Can you advise?

I think UltraVNC has file transfer built into it - I don't know how secure it is though.
