What is this line?

When scrolling on websites in both Maxthon and Firefox a line will randomly "stick" to the page and scroll up and down with it. See THIS screenshot. I have highlighted the line in red. It's not that obvious but it is still annoying. Any ideas on what it could be?

Doesn't seem to be Firefox, based on I haven't seen any problems. Try checking or unchecking the Smooth Scrolling open to see if that makes a difference. I have mine on smooth scrolling. Also, have you updated your vid card drivers?

Cache is cleared on exit. Smooth scrolling doesn't do anything.

If that doesn't work, try a different skin.
