firefox problem...

so... all of the sudden, whenever i click a picture (e.g. pictures which are links to an enlarged version of the same picture) it doesn't let me do it anymore. every time i click on it, it wants me to save it...

what would be doing this? an extension?

thanks!

You may have jpegs included in your list of download types. Go to tools > options > downloads and remove jpeg from the list if it is there.

Did you reboot the computer/firefox after that? If that doesn't work, you can get a extension called OpenDownload that will allow you to do this - open on prompt instead of having to save it, but you should be able to view JPEGs without having to go through that.
