i have google toolbar and set my homepage to yahoo.co.uk,

How can i clear the autocomplete in the yahoo search box(almost like a list of all the sites i have visited if i double click in the search window)?

and all the stuff listed in the google TB dropdown menu in the toolbar?

To clear your Google Toolbar history, simply click on the word "Google" that's just to the left of your toolbar, and you'll see the option "Clear Search History."

To clear your AutoComplete, go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Content --> AutoComplete. On this form just click the button "Clear Forms" and that'll remove any saved autocomplete entries you may have.
