MSN Messenger

I have been using messenger for about 4 years, and now I am having trouble getting connected. I have emailed the problem to MSN. I have ran Adaware SE, Spybot 1.3, Cwshredder, Tend Online, updated from windows website, and defraged. I have also uninstalled messenger 6.2 and reinstalled. Again every thing else is running perfect but messenger. I am using a P4 2.6, 2 WD 10 Gig 5,400, 512 RAM, and SBC DSL with Speedstream modem. Thanks Matt

I am having the same problem right now, it must be a server issue.

Don't worry, nothing is wrong at your end.

I agree, messenger has dumped me out about five times today, (very awkward when you are helping your daughter with a homework problem), might be they are prepping the servers for tomorrows major update day.

Have you been using IE in offline mode? For whatever reason you have to have IE in online mode for Messenger to work. Took me a little while to figure that one out.
