a small quicktime issue
check this out
in explorer when i click on a .mp3 link the IE downloads the file for like a minute and then play in the quicktime plug-in. i want for the quicktime plug-in to appear right away and *gradually* download the song. so i could be able to listen to the downloaded part while the rest downloads. how can i do this?

Open its control panel applet and make sure instant-on is enabled. Don't be surprised if your buffer empties and it cuts in and out, you need a lot of bandwidth to do that.
