Sharing this nice email Retrieval and Notification Program. I find it very useful since I do not need to go to the emails website everytime I need to check new mail. And its free. http://eprompter.com/
The ony downside that it does not retrieve pictures, some hyperlink pictures, may not work too. Like the weekly newsletter, I can read it, but just text. The good thing about it is that if you accidently opened spam, the spam tracker in the pictures will not be activated.
