MIcrosoft Outlook
i am trying to create a new outlook email account. a bellsouth.net account. i am lost...can anyone help....from step one?

Ok, have you tried creating a new email account within BellSouth yet? You need to call your ISP and they can help you through step by step. I had to call Charter Communications to get instructions on how to create my email addresses and then set them up within Outlook Express.
