Question IE question..

well.. there is this webesite where i visit at school and i can see all the links in that website,, but when im home,, some of the links (that i know for a fact should be there) arent there.. its like they disappeare..

i know its a security issue.. i tried to change my security settings,, but i still cant see these links,, can someone tell me if they know what security setting should i change? i know its a weird problem to have! but ohh well.. please help me if u had this problem be4 or u know something that might help.. i really need to access these links from home..

btw, i use XP, IE 6.0

Are the links images? If they are make sure you download images.

Same if they are flash or another format. Make sure you have the plugin installed.

Normal links shouldn't have any security threats associated with them. It depends on what type of think they are.

its just a link, thats whats so weird,, its a link to make online donations tho, and thats what made me think it could be a security thing,, even tho some of the links on the same wesite work fine ,, thanks tho..

Do you have Javascript enabled on your browser? Some links are generated "server-side" when the page is rendered and if you have Javascript turned off, it may prevent the links from being displayed.

Can you give us the site URL to take a look?

okay, here's the link, its www.kind-hearts.org...

left panel, i see the link that says, $55 per month(video), and i can open it too, but under this link, there should be a link that something about orphans, i 4got what does it say exactly,

it should be between the $55 per month(video) and the Zakat calculator link, i can see it at school, but i cant see it at home,,

i really need this link from home, please let me know if u see it, i emailed the website and they said the link is always there, Thanks!!

and btw, i have my active scripting enabled , is that enough??

I looked at the HTML and theres nothing physically there in the code between those two links. You're probably looking at a different version of it in school, maybe a old cached version or something. It could also be that your school's browser is different than yours and that URL redirects different browsers to different pages which they weren't astute enough to update them at the same time.

*EDIT* just tested it w/ the Fox thing and it didnt work either.
