Cant register at this site?

I keep trying to register a global account at http://ezboard.com/ but I cant.
It keeps telling me that I didnt enter my gender and birthyear, even though Im know I did and I did it over and over again. I would post this question on their help board but I can create an account.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Is it at the sites end or at my end?

Did you enter your birth year in the same format as their example: ex: 09/75

What will turning off popup blockers do? And I assume I have cookies enabled because Im automatically logged in to pcm all the time.

EDIT: I just chose to allow popups from that site, still didnt work.

I just realized that this happens on all sites where Im asked to provide my birthdate. For example, on HardOCP I tried to register and when I submited my birthdate, the page just reloaded and I couldnt get anywhere. This has happened at other sites as well. I guess that means that its definetly at my end, and so calling them wont do anything.

I need some serious help, there are a bunch of sites I cant register at.

I'd check your privacy settings on all browswers and any AV/Firewall programs. Sounds like your birth date has been added to a 'prohibited from giving out this information' list

I just switched my AV from norton to AVG. Even after the switch it still doesnt work. Where do I got in AVG to see if its blocked? My firewall is zonealarm. Where do I go there to see if its blocked?

If you are under 13, it may be a COPPA thing.

Im 14, but I thought my age might be the problem, so I tried my birthdate as 1980, still didnt work.

Have you called them??
It seems unusual that it happens every time you try to input a birthday
And your anti-virus etc. steps seem to be intact. Can you register for any sites that don't require a birthday to be input??

I think so, its usually only the birthday that doesnt work, so if there was no birthday option, then theres nothing that wont work.

Called who, its obviously at my end because it more than one site.

Still call ezboard, they may have had other users who came across similar issues and may know the solution. Otherwise, they may find a way to help you bypass the birthday requirement.
Alternately, have you considered signing up on someone else's computer and then just using your computer to access ezboard?? Although it doesn't fix the problem itself, it'll allow you to at least use ezboards
