Outlook Express connect

Hi everyone,

I used to use OE 6 when my internet connection was through an ADSL modem and an ethernet hub, no proxies. now i moved my laptop to a place where there i had to change the internet options and add a server name and a port.
the problem is that OE6 shows me this: "Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied. )

Wherever you are connecting that requires you to enter a proxy server in order to access the internet, this same proxy server (in this case ISA Server) is requesting credentials to allow the mail client to connect to Hotmail.

But, Outlook uses a different port which is probably being blocked for access in ISA Server or your account is not validated for this access. This would be something you would need to get someone at this place to assist with (i.e. tech support).
