I run windows 95 and windows media player. The instruction "Save Target As" on the windows media player has become greyed out and I am unable to download videos. Any suggestions on how I can get it back. Help appreciated.

I believe that is a restriction imposed by the person who created the video and/or it's streaming only.

windows media player
I have tried downloading some videos that I had previously downloaded but still no joy. I have now found that I am unable to download pictures too. Would it be possible to delete windows media player and reinstall from cd?

Do you have the latest Media Player? You can check by going to the Windows Update site at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com (you'll need to use Internet Explorer when you go there).
Media Player *should* be in your Add/Remove Programs list. If so, uninstall it and then go to the Windows Update site. Give that a shot. |

I have uninstalled and re-installed Windows Media Player and it still does not work. Could it be due to a change in my computer settings?
