sites crashing

gang, I can go to the US post office website at http://postcalc.usps.gov and go through the process of figuring shipping on a package. I can enter in my zip and the receivers zip and the weight, but then when I get to the shipping choices (first class, priority, etc) the site always crashes with the following error:

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff7671f.

I can goto the same site on another computer and it works fine. I have had this happen on some other sites, and they view fine on our other computer. So apparently I have something either set wrong or something not downloaded maybe? anyone know what might cause this?

That looks similar to what a friend had happen to him when he was signing up for some online membership. I can't remember how we fixed it though. I think we reinstalled explorer.

I've heard the cause as being damaged PWL files.

Search for *.pwl from START > Find files/folders and delete them. Restart the computer.
