Quick and simple:
I have a real world Dynamic IP. I use a program called DirectUpdate at the moment to update my IP address to a No-IP.com address automatically... I host my own website from a computer/server here at home, which is not against the ISPs guidelines. Can I buy a domain name, such as from GoDaddy.com, and use DirectUpdate to audomatically update my real world IP to the domain when needed? Please help, Thank you. |

Don't know about GoDaddy, but you can use DirectUpdate with NameCheap, more info:
