Email copy and paste instructions
Sometimes I get emails with something I would like to foreward but you have to send all the prior addresses and etcetera.
For instance if the thing is made up of text and a picture and text and a picture (about ten times), if I highlight all of it and copy it elsewhere it does not carry over with the pictures. Is there some secret way to capture everything then paste it into word or Outlook Express? |

Why not just click the forward button and delete the prior addresses?

i have tried that erasing thing....maybe i didit wrong but seems it did not work. my other workaround is something like screen capture of everything with HoverSnap or something similar.
thanks |

You have to make sure that you are forwarding the pictures which will be attachments as well as the text.

i don't want to use the forward option. that was the original intent of the post. after something has been forwarded three or four times it is all full of other people's addresses and i want to be able to send the pictures and text in a brand new email. i am talking about the kind of thing where there is a joke and a picture and a joke and a picture or perhaps a poem and a picture, and etcetera. when you use the copy and paste the pictures are not there cause they are not embedded.
anyone? i still think i will try something like hoversnap but haven't done it yet. |

You could try using forward or reply to get it into an editable form and then copy and paste what you need into a fresh email. Deleting prior addresses while forwarding and changing the subject heading so it doesn't look like a forward should work as well, though.
