looking for firefox extension

anyone know if a autorefresh firefox extension so it will auto refresh a page i have open?

The 'Reload Every' extenison is what you need. It allows you to reload at intervals set by yourself and will reload all open tabs if you want.

This link is from the older extension site because the extension mirror is down for now. It wouldn't surprise me if it is an older version so just keep checking for updates.

thanks, i downloaded and installed it, says it instaleld right, i added the extension to firefox, but now what? theres no menu or anyway to set the options for this extension, and when it trys to reload a page it gives an error because i havnt set the options yet..

You just right click anywhere on an ordinary page (ie not in image or text area) and Reload Every should be situated just below Reload in your context menu. The rest is up to you!
