Outlook 2003 Question

I am trying to figure out why outlook keeps connecting some times and other times it won't connect (to my RR email) for hours. Course, after a restart it is fine and I can check it until the cycle continues and i have to restart again. Any ideas?

If you are behind a router, the XP SP2 firewall is enough protection.

Also, you can just turn of Zone Alarm's email "Outbound MailSafe Protection."
