Can you give us a little information about your machine?
1. what operating system are you using?
2. what anti virus software are you using?
3. what spyware/malware scanners do you use?

What kind of pop-up was it? Was it something from internet explorer or windows messenger(it would be a gray box with "Messenger Service" as title)?

Sounds like the popup itself is adware or something. Do you see it often enough that you could take a screen print of it?

Screen Print Instructions:
• When you see the popup, hold the Alt key and press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. (holding Alt takes only the active window instead of the entire desktop).
• Open MS Paint under Start--Programs--Acessories and paste it there.
• Save it as a .jpeg file to shrink the files size and attach the image to this thread.

I would also recommend downloading Adaware SE Personal, as well as Spybot Search & Destroy for removal of all that junk. Note: ALWAYS UPDATE THESE BEFORE RUNNING SCANS.

Hope this helps out some.

Download and install the Microsoft beta Antispyware and choose yes to all setup options. If the messenger service is running, it will prompt you and you should tell it to shut the service down. This will stop messenger popups cold if that's what you are getting. Then continue with the setup and let it do an update and a scan.

I have a jpeg for that error message, but how can I attach it to this message,
If you want I can mail it, give me the e-ail ad

Thanks for that 2 software’s, I already download it and clean, software message showing all cleaned, but the pop up error still always coming, that mean 100% not clean.

And already I found out after this SPY ware problem I can’t log GOOGLE.COM & Yahoo.com (search engines) – when I log on to those pages, there were message

“Soon……….”

Its easy to put windows again, but I really want to fix the problem without reinstall windows.

Can u help me?

Roman,

The error .jpeg include with this msg

As for attaching the images you need to go down to Additional options when reposting and you will see the manage attachments there.

For removing the spyware id recommend going into safe mode and using them 2 programs listed.

Hold the f8 button in after restarting the computer to boot in to safe mode.

Judging from that image, I would say that message is generated from spyware/adware. I would say that Microsoft (or any REAL company for that matter) would not use grammar such as "Your Windows is corrupted with spyware virus", so that's a pretty good indicator.

Have you tried running the scans in Safe mode, as suggested by dee_sel above?

This would seem to be your problem (CoolWebSearch variant), and go here to get CWS Shredder to fix it
