Internet Explorer - Working Offline

Hi,

I currently have a Windows 2000 Pro pc connected to a netwrok along with some WinXP Pro pcs.

The problem is that everytime I open IE on the Win2k pc, i get the dialogue box with 2 buttons, 'work offline' and 'try again'. When I click try again, I can use the Interent with no problem.

This dialogue doesn't appear on the winxp pcs.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this dialogue appearing because its driving me crazy.

Thanks

That's quite common with networks connected through a router. I haven't found a fix yet.

Could it simply be the version of IE? Since it doesn't effect the XP machines I think it might be.

May give it a try if you think it could help.

I've seen it with all versions of Windows and all versions of IE.
