I didn't need that, just click that "red arrow" on the top right of the browser screen

I clicked on the little red arrow also worked fine here along with downloading a copy of it to my desktop also.
No need to uninstall the old one first, it even changed mine from 1.02 to 1.03 in add/remove programs. |

Yup, I to used the red arrow to update the browser, themes, and extensions.
