splat everything wrong in my PC!

I have a big problem now; I downloaded all that spy ware checkers programs,
But I can’t clean my computer, when I try to run these programs, system automatically shutdown all the time,
1 minute time computer restart itself, it says illegal operation

And also

There were, unknown exe in my C drive call “wp.exe” I tried to delete it but I can’t do that, I try it in DOS mood too, but still can’t delete

And also I found out in my display properties only I have screen sever, and settings tabs, all of other tabs are gone,

What’s wrong with me PC?

Can you please help me to do something?

Try running the scans for spyware in Windows' Safe Mode.
