Question Outlook Express & default recipient

Hello,

I am asking for an options in Outlook Express (if present) , that allows you to define a default email address which will be in the (TO or CC or BCC) rows when you compose a new message.

so everytime you compose a new message you find this address already.

You can do some pretty wild stuff with "message rules." You'll have to look at all the options and get a little creative...
